Dr. Feit started practicing dentistry in 2004 in Green Bay, WI before he relocated to Door County, WI in March of 2008. He expanded his Door County practice from one office to the three practices there today. Dr. Feit still practices in Door County during the summer months. Like many Midwesterners, Dr. Feit would come down to Florida in the winter to get away from the cold. As it got increasingly harder to leave the wonderful Florida weather, Dr. Feit and his family moved to Florida permanently in 2017. Recently he acquired Amber Dental in Port Charlotte, FL and has renamed it Gulf Cove Dental. Since the beginning of his practice, Dr. Feit has emphasized comprehensive and advanced dental care. To be able to provide this level of care, Dr. Feit has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education since graduating dental school. He has studied TMJ/bite problems at the Pankey Institute and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, dental implants at the Misch International Implant Institute, dental sleep medicine with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, oral conscious sedation with the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, as well as countless other topics. In June of 2013, he received Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). The AGD Fellowship Award is presented to dentists who seek to provide the highest quality of dental care by remaining current in their profession.
Dr. Feit is a firm believer in giving back through dentistry. While living in Green Bay, Dr. Feit participated as a member on the Board of Directors, as well as being a practitioner, for the Brown County Oral Health Partnership. The Oral Health Partnership delivers free dental care to underserved children using mobile dental equipment in school settings. Dr. Feit was also a member of the NEWAHEC Board of Directors. This board was responsible for distributing grant money to fund programs encouraging minorities to choose careers in healthcare. Dr. Feit has been active in advocating for patient care at the state level and was the recipient of the WDA Pyramid of Pride Award for Political Action following his run for the State Assembly in 2012. While in Sturgeon Bay, Dr. Feit provided dental care at Ministry Door County Medical Center’s ER and OR Departments on an as needed basis. Internationally, Dr. Feit has led several dental mission trips to both Haiti and Honduras. Currently, Dr. Feit is on the Wisconsin Dental Association’s Practice Transitions Committee.
